About the Resolution Center

The Resolution Center is the place where Guests and Providers can manage booking-related issues through LuxuStars.

If something goes wrong before, during, or after a reservation, the Resolution Center helps both parties communicate, submit evidence, and try to reach a fair outcome. If the issue cannot be resolved directly, LuxuStars may step in and review the case.

The Resolution Center is designed to make the process more organized, transparent, and secure for everyone involved.

What the Resolution Center can be used for

The Resolution Center may be used for issues such as:

  • disagreements about refunds
  • problems with the condition of an accommodation, vehicle, watercraft, or experience
  • missing or incorrect service delivery
  • disputes related to damages or rule violations
  • booking-related issues that could not be resolved directly between the Guest and the Provider

What happens in the Resolution Center

Depending on the situation, users may be able to:

  • explain what happened
  • upload supporting evidence
  • respond to the other party
  • try to reach a mutual agreement
  • request review by LuxuStars if no agreement is reached

LuxuStars encourages all communication and evidence sharing to remain inside the platform whenever possible. Messages, photos, and other information shared through LuxuStars can help support a faster and fairer review if a dispute needs to be escalated.

The Resolution Center does not replace emergency services, legal authorities, or insurance providers where applicable.
