The AI assistance button may appear on day 4 of an open dispute.
This gives both parties time to first communicate directly and exchange evidence before receiving additional guidance.
AI dispute suggestions are provided as guidance only. They do not create a final outcome and do not replace LuxuStars review.
To keep the process fair and consistent, the AI dispute suggestion is available once per dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved within the initial 5-day period, LuxuStars will step in and make the final decision.
