How AI Dispute Guidance Works in the Resolution Center

If a dispute remains open, LuxuStars may show an AI assistance button on day 4 of the dispute.

This feature is designed to help the user better understand the situation and receive a suggested path toward resolution before the dispute moves to LuxuStars review.

What the AI reviews

When available, the AI may analyze information connected to the dispute, such as:

  • dispute reason type
  • dispute reason
  • messages exchanged in the dispute
  • booking details
  • evidence files
  • message attachments

What the AI does

Based on the information available, the AI may provide:

  • a summary of the dispute
  • a suggested next step
  • a possible resolution approach
  • guidance on what information may still be missing

The goal is to help the user evaluate the dispute more clearly and improve the chances of reaching an agreement before LuxuStars steps in.

When the AI button appears

The AI assistance button may appear on day 4 of an open dispute.

This gives both parties time to first communicate directly and exchange evidence before receiving additional guidance.

Important

AI dispute suggestions are provided as guidance only. They do not create a final outcome and do not replace LuxuStars review.

To keep the process fair and consistent, the AI dispute suggestion is available once per dispute.

If the dispute is not resolved within the initial 5-day period, LuxuStars will step in and make the final decision.
